Treet Corporation Limited (TREET) reported Consolidated earnings per share of PKR 1.36 for FY25, compared to loss per share of PKR 0.49 in FY24.
Furthermore, in 2QFY26, the company reported earnings per share of PKR 0.20, compared to earnings per share of PKR 0.22 in the same period last year (SPLY). The Company is introducing two independent premium brands Genesis for men and Estela for women with a target of capturing a 15–25% market share over the next 12–24 months.
Management confirmed that the formal marketing launch for Genesis and Estela will commence in April. Initial feedback has been strong, with certain supermarkets reporting that the Estela range is being sold out over weekends. The Company has streamlined its export strategy by focusing on profitable regions, primarily Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East, while exiting low-margin markets. In terms of market positioning, the Company commands approximately 82% share of Pakistan’s organized razor market. Genesis is positioned as a premium offering, priced at a 20–30% discount to competing products.
Management estimates that the grey channel for the system razor segment accounts for roughly 40–50% of the market, valued at approximately PKR 1.5bn. Management acknowledged that current hygiene razor capacity is barely sufficient to meet local demand, which has constrained export potential.
