First Habib Modaraba (FHAM) reported earnings per share of PKR 6.75 for FY26, compared to earnings per share of PKR 8.13 in FY25. Furthermore, in 4QFY26, the company reported earnings per share of PKR 1.43, compared to earnings per share of PKR 2.22 in the same period last year (SPLY).
As of June 2026, the company’s financing exposure stood at 15.07% in pharmaceuticals, 13.48% in consumer finance, 11.34% in services, and 10.52% in food and allied industries. The company’s financing asset portfolio reached an all-time high of PKR 40.1 billion, the highest level since the commencement of business operations. Management has requested regulatory permission to allow private modarabas. This would require amendments to the existing regulatory framework and, if approved, could pave the way for unlisted modarabas to enter the market.
