Sardar Chemical Industries Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on October 3, 1989 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It was converted into Public Limited Company on December 30, 1993. The principal business of the Company is to manufacture and sell dyestuffs for leather, textile and paper industries.
