PICIC Insurance Limited was incorporated on April 23, 2004 as a public limited Company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (replaced by Companies Act 2017) and registered as a non-life insurance company by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Insurance Ordinance, 2000. It is engaged in providing all classes of non-life insurance business.
