Gadoon Textile Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on February 23, 1988 as a public limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017). The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of yarn and knitted bedding products and production and sale of milk. Y.B. Holdings (Private) Limited is the Holding Company of the Company.
